On Smash, the amount of data actively stored is limited. Depending on the subscription you have chosen, this amount varies. The maximum active storage quota allowed is 1TB on Smash Pro and 2TB on Smash Team.
The use of the storage quota depends on the size of the files sent and their availability period. Active storage includes all active transfers.
If an account requires more storage space than allowed by the subscription, our teams will contact the subscriber concerned in order to find a mutually agreed solution.
The proposed solutions may include upgrading to a subscription that better meets the storage needs or deleting one or more transfers in order to reduce active storage below the permitted limit. Our teams are available to assist subscribers with the deletion process.
From their Smash account, subscribers can view the amount of data sent and the status of their transfers. Our team can also provide additional information if needed.
Although we place great importance on respecting these storage limits, it is important to note that only 1% of our users exceed them.
