Your custom URL name is one of the key features that helps us achieve this goal.
With this personalized URL, you will send and receive your files. It’s essential that it reflects who you are (your name, your company name, etc.), both to showcase your identity and to reassure your recipients.
Setting up your custom URL
Right after completing your subscription payment, the first step is to choose the custom name for your URL. The aim is for the URL to represent you as clearly as possible.
Note: Certain characters are not allowed: capital letters, hyphens, and numbers higher than 9. If you try to use them, you will see a red warning message. Please refer to it.
Changing your custom URL
You can change your URL name at any time, even after making your first choice.
If the name you previously selected no longer suits you:
Log in to your account
Go to Administration > Domains
Click on the “…” menu, then select Edit
Enter the new URL name and click Save
