I'm not receiving emails from Smash

Everything you need to know about troubles with emails.

As you use Smash, we keep you informed by email from the moment your transfer is confirmed until your recipients download the files, and at several other points.

These emails let you track the progress of your files, a bit like a parcel tracking number. So yes, we get why it can be stressful when one of them doesn’t appear in your inbox. But don’t worry — nothing is ever lost.

Solutions to explore for fixing the email issue

  • Check your spam folder: sometimes, our emails like to hide there

  • Our emails may take a little while to arrive, be patient!

  • Make a second transfer attempt, making sure to write your email correctly

  • Add our email address noreply@fromsmash.com in your trusted contacts

  • Keep your inbox from getting full

If you've tried these options but still don't receive any email, things get a bit trickier, but we'll do everything to help you.

Our emails are blocked by your email provider, as suddenly and mysteriously as it sounds. Your email provider considers our emails as spam and we are no longer welcome in your home. The issue is not caused by a technical issue on Smash end.

As your mail server is rejecting our email, your email address is probably in our bounce list. We can help by removing your email for that list.
