My recipients don't receive the download email

Unfortunately, some email providers have strict security rules that block emails sent from our address noreply@fromsmash.com.

In most cases, this situation is beyond our control and is not related to an issue with our service.

In some cases, the recipient’s email address may be on our bounce list. When this happens, we can take the necessary steps to ensure the recipient receives our emails in the future.

As an alternative, and to ensure better deliverability of your transfers, you can choose the “link” sending mode. This allows you to copy the transfer link and send it directly from your own email address to the recipient. While this adds an extra step, it ensures the recipient receives the transfer, since the email is sent from your personal email address rather than from Smash.
