Forgot your password? And now you can’t access your account or your previous transfers?
Don’t worry — the solution is just a few clicks away.
To reset your password:
Simply go to the login page, enter your email address, and click “Next.”
Then select “Forgot your password?”
On the password reset page, enter the email address you used for your Smash subscription (an important detail!). You’ll then receive an email.
From that email, you can reset your password — choose the combination of characters that suits you best.
Note: The reset link is only valid for 30 minutes. After that, you’ll need to repeat the process and request a new reset email.
Once done, you can jump back into your Smash experience by logging into your account with your new password.
