Did you send the wrong file to the wrong person? Don’t panic.
Do you want to make a transfer inaccessible because the files have already been downloaded or are no longer needed?
Deletion is available for both free and paid users.
Deleting a transfer sent with the free version
At the bottom of the transfer confirmation email, you’ll find a “Delete this transfer” link that gives you a second chance.
Clicking this link opens a new window, where you can confirm that you want to delete the transfer. If you do, it will be deleted a few seconds later.
Deleting a transfer sent with the paid version
Log in to your account
Go to the “Sent transfers” tab
Click the “…” menu, then select “Delete”
A confirmation message will appear. Click “Delete” again to confirm
And that’s it!
Note: Deleting a transfer is permanent. It is not possible to reactivate a deleted transfer or an expired transfer.
