Why am I not allowed to transfer files from my account?

You were sending files, when suddenly, a pop-up window stopped you, giving you the message: "You are not allowed to transfer files from this account."

Don't take it the wrong way, this pop-up is for your own good.

This message is displayed to protect the accounts of all of our users and prevent malicious people from using your account. Therefore, connection is required to send.

This message is therefore displayed because you are not logged into your account.

To login, it's so easy:

  • From your customized Smash page, click on the menu bar at the top right

  • Click on "Sign in"

  • Or, go directly to https://fromsmash.com/signin

  • Enter your username and password, and presto, you will then be identified and you can send files!
