When you send multiple files, our system converts them into a .zip file. This allows our service to provide the most optimal upload and download speed possible.
In general, once downloaded, you simply need to double-click the .zip file to open and extract it.
In some cases, especially on Mac, the macOS system may fail to open the .zip file properly. This issue is independent of Smash.

On PC: download 7-Zip (free)
Once the tool is installed, simply open the file using the tool corresponding to your computer.
