On Smash, you have everything you need to track your transfer activity.

From your account, in your transfer history, at a glance, you can access the following information:

  • number of times the transfer was opened

  • number of times the transfer was downloaded

Then, by clicking on each line of the table corresponding to a transfer, you can access a full set of more detailed information:

  • overview: number of opens and downloads of the transfer

  • activity of unidentified / identified recipients: number of opens, number of downloads of the transfer, and number of file downloads per recipient

  • file activity: for each file, file size and number of downloads. A search bar allows you to search within the file list.

  • transfer activity details: for each recipient, indication of opening, views, and download of the transfer with date and time

Download notifications are also sent by email and serve as a good first indicator that your transfer has been downloaded. With each download, you receive a notification in your inbox.

In the case of a transfer containing many files, a summary email is sent approximately every 15–30 minutes to inform you about the latest downloads taking place.

With all this information, you won’t miss a thing! You’ll know everything about the interest generated by your files, the responsiveness of your recipients, and more.

After analyzing all this data, you’ll have everything you need to (re)contact the right person at the right time and turn your transfer into a real opportunity. Your move!
