For a transfer with a very high number of recipients, our artificial intelligence may detect your usage as not aligned with our service… in that case, your transfer will be suspended. Your recipients will not be able to download it.
Our algorithm will also suspend your transfer in the case of a very high and suspicious number of downloads.
Remember, Smash is not an email marketing service. Our algorithm will therefore suspend any transfer considered to be abusive use.
