You are trying to download your files, but the download process does not start? Fails? We are here to help.
You may think that the download hasn’t started, but in fact it has. To make it clear, you can track the download progress depending on your browser: it may appear at the bottom of the browser window in older versions of Chrome or Internet Explorer, in the Downloads panel in Firefox or older versions of Safari, or via a small icon in the top-right corner of the window in newer versions of Chrome and Safari.
Most common causes for download issues
Company security restrictions: our service may be blocked by your company’s security policies. If you’re experiencing issues while using a work network or computer, please contact your IT department for more information.
Internet connection issues: a stable internet connection is required for a successful download.
Device going into sleep mode: make sure your device does not go into sleep mode, turn off, and don't close the browser, as this will interrupt the download process.
Insufficient storage space: if you’re downloading a very large transfer, ensure that your device has enough available storage.
Outdated versions: check that your device and browser are up to date, and update them if necessary.
Blocking software: firewalls, antivirus software, ad blockers, or other browser extensions may prevent downloads from starting or completing.
Note: The download location depends on your browser settings, not on Smash.
