With the Smash iOS app, you can easily send large photo files from your iPhone or iPad. The Smash app is only used for sending files.
To download them, your browser handles the process.
Here’s how to download and open a single file from your iPhone or iPad:
Click on the Smash link that was shared with you.
Select the file of your choice (if the transfer contains several files) and/or click on the red “Download” button.
A window will ask you to confirm your choice. Click “Download” again.
The file will be saved in your “Downloads” folder. To access it, click on the arrow icon at the bottom right of the page, then on “Downloads”.
Tap on the thumbnail. Great, your file is there!
To save it, click on the icon at the bottom left of the screen and choose “Save Image”.
That’s it for now! Your file is probably waiting for you in your Photo library or in “Files”.
